I have a decent car cover I dont need. I used it on my Z28 for a few winters. I'm not positive the size but if it's big enough for a Z it's definitely big enough for an Elantra, TIbby, or Accent. No it doesn't have any holes. But I would suggest hosing it off outside, and letting it sit out in sun to dry. It's in great shape, just a little dusty.
