Well it write fit 98-01 tiburon but i see the same header on 2004 tiburon in my town !So i 90% yes that fit

this will fit 03 and up tibs, except the down pipe is 18 1/3 too short.
and the o2 bung on the bottom will need to be push back 1 1/2 inch to clear the sway bar or rotated at a 40 degree angle!
