FS or Trade 17in KOBE rims w/tires

I want to go down to a 15 or 16 inch rim my fiancee wants my car but doesn't like the way the car drives with the 17's on it. I on the other hand like it but she will not let me buy a bike for the summer unless I trade them out. If some one wants to buy them out right you can have them for $450 shipped or $400 if you pick them up. They have been on the car for about 8000 miles or so. The tires are 205/40/17 340/ZR/A/AA NEXEN N3000. I will trade for the 15 or 16in stocks as long as they are in good shape no curb rash. 4x114.3 or 4x100?

Doing a quick check on tirerack it says the bolt pattern for my car is 4x100.
