Default [FS] 2002 Accent front strut bar.. SOLD!!!!

I am selling this because my motor will hit it. I cant remember where I bought it from. It was either Shark racing or evofusionusa.

$40.00 +shipping. Its in great shape.

I had the same problem with mine which was a KSPEC bar, but have you tried fitting it in the back ? I think they are the same and it would give you better support than it does in the front...

Still for sell. It wont fit in the rear. Its a diff bolt pattern.

I hate to see it go. I love this one. I will have to find a skinner one!!

i still have my lc front strut bar on my car..the trick is to raise the height of the the bar to about a 1/4 inch using spacer's on the strut tower studs.

so that it won't touch the intake manifold surge tank

I did that and its about 1/8 to 1/4 inch away from the manifold. It looks like it will hit when I give it some gas. I think the motor will still hit. Do you have this issue?

Another option would be to grind away some of the bar, where it would hit the intake.

Anyone know how good those ebay strut bars?

I have had this one forever and no issues what so ever, Im just worried about getting another one and the quality would be crappy..

i see you have the type of bar that goe's around the IM..

i have the kspec bar which goes over the IM..

still, raising the height should help

I could grind those two areas away, But, i dont know if i want to do that to the strut bar!

just buy the one from kspec..and some washers

and sell the arched one from SR..


damn..i want that astrel lip of yours..
