For Sale: Cosmo Racing Cold Air Intake Accent 00-05 1.6L Manual Only
$30 + shipping cost.
I bought this several years ago, I never installed it on my car because I didn't know it only fit manual transmissions only. It's just been sitting in my garage/basement for about a good 6 years or so.
It's in overall good condition, it will work fine. The only small piece that is missing is an air nozzle that you can buy at pretty much any auto parts store for a couple bucks.. you can see the black graument, the nozzle would go in there..
Some scratches, etc. from just being in storage.. this would look awesome with a new paint job.. easy to do just make sure you get the right paint.. but looks nice as is.
Comes with a generic air filter from Cosmo Racing, a K&N filter would be killer on this.. I run a K&N on my intake..
This retails new for $95.50.. get it "used" but in fine working condition for less than a 1/3 of the price here.
I prefer PayPal, but would also accept a POSTAL money order. I would like to only ship within the US because shipping to other countries can be a little bit of a pain.. I would ship with delivery confirmation and tracking number. I'm not sure of the shipping cost, but it should be less than $20. I will give the buyer an exact amount when I get it packaged.. I'll get an estimate from the post office.

I just got it all packaged, it weighs around 5 pounds total. I didn't have a good box to ship it in so I just had a $3 box made at a local shipping supply place. I calculated the dimensions/weight on USPS.com.. I'm in New Jersey and I just created a shipment to California just to see the shipping cost all the way across the country.. combined with the box, DC/tracking, etc. it came out to $18.
So this should cost less than $50 shipped.. if you are also close to me I would meet for a local pick-up.

Can you give me the outside diameter size of the tubing (not the coupler) on the side that mates to the throttle body. If it doesnt fit what its supposed to fit then maybe it will fit a beta swapped accent, if not I will make it fit.

maybe there is something different with the 04's (LC2) but when I tried to install it, it would hit the battery tray and seemed to be too long (@ the throttle body) and at the wrong angle (@ the filter end). Not saying it wouldn't fit early models, but it was a no go for me. I ended up cutting it and playing around with the pieces and some couplers. In the end it ended up in the trash.
