Basically, the Santa Fe is a bigger vehicle (in size and weight, by about 200 lbs). Most of the options that you can get in one, you can get in the other.

The only differences that I was able to find was the styling, 3.5L option in Santa Fe only, all seats (except drivers) fold flat in Tucson.

How often are you going to fill it up with stuff.? The Santa Fe has more cargo space. It also has enough pickup and go with the V6 2.7. If you want more power then you need the 3.5L Santa Fe.
The options as stated above can be gotten with both. Do you still have those rims I sold you?

I own a Tucson and I love it. I’m over 6 ft and I can’t fit in the Santa Fe, my head sticks out of the moon roof. The Tucson has a better 4wd system. It’s the same in AWD mode, but you can lock the center diff into a more true 4wd. There is more room for passengers in the Tucson, but the Santa Fe has more storage room in back. The rear seats recline in the Tucson as well, it's much more comfortable.
