Need some performance advice

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has had any problems with water entering engine when they have changed from the standard intake to a pod filter on a 2.7? Also what would people suggest to do with the exhuast system.

Just watch your placement on the filter. As for the exhaust get a cheap N1 style from ebay for $30 and hang that on a catback. I got one from ebay, here it is:
