check lights on

Santa Fe AWD 2001, after the 60kmiles maintenance and a trip of about 1kmiles i have suffered a problem that my check lights get on and I lost directly my first and last gear so that driving on the high way by 60 miles the engine go's 4000rpm. I went to the dealer and he say it was fixed after a small replacement but still after a 30 miles drive it cames back and the engine go's up again. Additional I noticed that by start it takes sometime longer for the ABS and TCM lights go's out and sometimes it comes in during driving, all the 3 lights.
Q: who have had the same problem and what was the remedy.
