Default What to do with the lights in the rear bumper

My 2004 Santa Fe has the lens and the back but they are missing the wiring. Can you buy the wiring to make these tail/ brake lights?

Where do you get the sockets and how does the wiring hook up?

Default rear light mod

i had a step by step guide from another forum, can't find it now.
basically you can use any 3wire socket that uses 1157 bulbs.
i got mine @ advance auto for $7 each.
hardest part of the mod is removing the plastic
'plug' in the back of the lens. i drilled a small hole, then used a dremel to remove the remaining plastic. the wires are connected to the rear brake lights with 'T' connectors right at each light. (they're the only 3wire socket in the unit.)
using a wire coat hanger or other fishing tool, reach between the frame and rear bumper at the bottomfish it upwards and it will come out inside the light housing.
good luck.....looks great
even the tech at my dealer noticed it.
