Default Hard upshift on 2005 Santa Fe

I've got a 2005 Santa Fe 4WD with the 3.5L engine and about 21K miles. A lot of the time, it upshifts hard. Like if you're stopped at a light and then start accelerating, it seems to shift hard from 1st into 2nd and sometimes 2nd into 3rd. Almost like your forward momentum stops briefly and you physically lurch forward in the seat and then it starts moving again. After that it's fine. Downshifting is never a problem.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known issue or anything? Thanks.

Mark

Our 2004 Santa Fe does the same thing occasionally, but usually it's right after we back up from the driveway.
