Default Where is the primary/secondary ignition coil P0350 Santa Fe 2002

Hi,
as you can tell I am a real rookie. Can someone please tell me where the secondary/primary ignition coils are? I have a p0350 code and would like to take a look at it myself.
regards.

Hi,
did you find out which coil had the problem? I am running into exactly the same symptoms as you and don't know which coil it is. Actually, where are these coils? Do you have a picture of them? Thanks.

The shop replaced the coils and it has been running fine ever since. I didn't want to take it to the shop, but am glad I did. Maybe this is a repeated problem with these models. Good luck with yours!

The coil packs are the boxes that you spark plug wires come out of.

I don't think I've heard them called by primary and secondary. There's the 1-4 pack and 2-3 pack but I dunno which is secondary.

Default Changed ignition coil

Hi,
I finally changed one of the ignition coils on the hyundai santa fe (4cyl). Before that the mechanic had recently replaced the timing belt. The idling is much better and it doesn't feel like it is going to stall. However when idling it still feels rough, even after warming up. Do you think it might have to change both coils? I just changed the one that smelled like burnt plastic. Maybe the specs of the new coil do not match the one I didn't change? Would that be causing this problem? Or it may be related to the timing belt that was replaced?

thanks!
