I have an 03 Sante fe and now all the sudden the passenger front window and the sunroof don't want to work properly. The window fails to roll down properly. You have to push with your hand. Once it goes all the way down it works fine. Also the sunroof, once opened all the way, will not close again until I shut the car off and turn it back on to close. Any ideas? Switch or motors?
Not sure about the sunroof. The window could be a bad switch or wiring connection, a window motor going bad, ro maybe it needs a little lubrication. Get a can of dry silicone spray with the little plastic straw that attaches to the nozzle and generously lubricate the channels the glass runs in. That should be part of an annual preventive maintenance program.

I will try that. I took it apart the other day to get it back up so I really need to do something fast.
Sorry to bring this back up replaced the window motor and that took care of it. The sunroof still doesn't want to close after opening all the anyone else have an issue with the factory sunroof?
