Its got more in common with a tank than a Toyota m8. That is perhaps THE toughest car that Hyundai has ever built.

The toughest and the heaviest... the 4G63 SOHC is no powerhouse, but it still pulls SLOW compared to the same engine in the Pony. It may have to do to the failing automatic it's attached to. It's smooth and quiet at speed, with decent passing power (gotta wait for the trans to pick a gear tho) I bet the manual is way more fun to drive. It's a big, comfortable car. I like it.
I don't know the bolt pattern, I think it's 108mm. Whatever Ford uses.

Anyways, I gotta cure it's arthritis (shaking from front bearings) and it's shakes (bad shocks) before I take it on a pleasant cruise to the US... In december!
