Default LC Turbo by mario_st

Hi guys!

I would like to present my Accent LC.

For start, engine is 1.3
Pretty strange, i guess for you, because you don`t have these engines for your market.

first upgrade was koni shocks with eibach pro kit.
After that wheels came on, Allesio Spider 7x15 with 195/50 tyres.

What to do with engine?how to gain more power?
Question was: to go on turbo conversion or swap?

After lot of calculations, answer was: let`s turbo this little guy and see the result.

S-coupe T manifold, T25, Turbonetics WG, BOV Bailey DV26, 290ccm injectors, Forge IC, PG Unichip , lots of pipes and we are in bussiness.

Final result on wheels check at dyno

Whole thing at 7psi works perfect for now, compresion ratio is standard

And about the looks? i really dont care about it, and didnt want to spend any money in it, so the whole car looks standard.
no fancy things on this.
I`m only intersted in performance of power, braking and suspension.

one underconstruction photo :

and the final look:

Exhaust system is 2,25" with straight through cat back.

I`ll post some pics under the hood and inside

I could mention few more things that are installed, like Bixenon 6000K, short shifter, Tiburon front seats,OMP front strut bar,...

BBK is on it`s way.
11" rotors and that should be it for now.

Nice car!

Few questions:
- When are you going to buy a decent bodykit?
- What about some LED taillights on this baby?
- What fuel system do you use?

Cheers and see you on the track

I`m using Dastek Unichip, which is piggy back.
1e0n is using it too.

Here in croatia, fuel management is the big problem.
There are several fuel managements on our market like Megasquirt, VEMS, Autronic,...

There are no educated people to tune any of this managements except for Autronic.
But price of autronic with hardware, wiring, tuning is 5X more expensive then unichip.
guys done ok with me, but several other vehicels are tuned very bad, or even broke their turbo or pistons.
I`m one of the lucky guys where everything works perfect for last 20k kilometers.

i would like to use maybe decompression plate (only custom work available) and go for more psi, but i`m really scared of those guys.
maybe this time they will blow my engine.

i have turbonetics MBC and they dont have any clue how to fit it.
so, because of them i`m stuck here at 7psi.

after all this kilometers made i can say then engine or turbo didnt spent any oil, so i really believe that these pistons can take higher boost.
