Whats with the site navigation?

Hello,

I'm new to the site and I am just wondering why most of the items in the "Site Navigation" on the home page don't work? Are they still in the works?

I look forward to reading up on the technical info as I am considering buying a 2003 Elantra GT

Right now the big efforts are going into the online store which will be opening on December 9th. Everything will be following soon after that.
