Important News Topic
Maybe at the very top of the Forums page (since I'm sure that page is hit more than any other) above all the topics and below the banners, have a small Banner that includes important news or site updates (such as HyundaiPerformance STORE NOW OPEN or advertising the SEMA Spring Expo in February or upcoming meets). I know there is already stuff on the main page, but I am sure many people (like myself) have the Forums bookmarked and bypass the main page.
