One thing that would be cool is if you guys could bump up the avatar size to 100x or 150x. With them set so low at 75x75, details are unrecognizable once it passes the jpeg compressor. Or if changed to gif format, that would help so we get a lossless conversion once we upload the pics.

I won't make them any larger. They're not supposed to be the focal point of your post.

Also, it's saving the JPGs at around 80%, so there shouldn't be much loss.

I agree with Rob on this... a lot of the avatar sizes on other sites are obtrusive....
