I agree with most of your suggestions except the introduction section. Some people like keeping a low profile and I think their entitled to keep a low profile.

well, i think the introductions at least stating what you drive, and some simple info. would be a good idea, so then people wouldnt just be coming on here, racking up the member count, and people would know what people drive.
not even have to state where your from, or your name if ya didnt want to.
Who cares what they drive a tank? a 1979 Ford LTD? it doesn't matter. All an introductions forum does is suck bandwidth for people to say hi! big deal.
