Default TONS of suggestions.

well, im not on here much, but i know there are TONS of things to make this site function and run alot better, and also look better..

heres my list in no certain order:

more moderators (to take control of spam and trolls)

some rules for n00bs (so theres not a TON of useless redundant threads, and topics)

more secure sign up (need to verify addy to post, or one of those 'enter the code' type setups) <would prevent all spam.

nicer layout would be nice

more functional software with more options.. (theres like no smilies or anything like on all other sites. certain things dont work at all)

would be nice to see updates on the main page at least every couple months, or we misewell not even have a main page.

introduction section thats mandatory (so theres not all these people signing up, upping the member count and never posting)

some re-organization and a warning system would be really nice. (kinda like the citizen ratings we used to have)

im sorry to sound like a jackass, but the way this forum operates, and how everything works is just way out of date.

I agree with most of your suggestions except the introduction section. Some people like keeping a low profile and I think their entitled to keep a low profile.

Instead of a mandatory introduction section I think that all new members should have their first post approved by a mod before it is posted.

^^^^^ agree with 187sks. To many noobs get on and ask repeated questions, they need to learn to use the search button.

well, i think the introductions at least stating what you drive, and some simple info. would be a good idea, so then people wouldnt just be coming on here, racking up the member count, and people would know what people drive.

not even have to state where your from, or your name if ya didnt want to.

Who cares what they drive a tank? a 1979 Ford LTD? it doesn't matter. All an introductions forum does is suck bandwidth for people to say hi! big deal.

make the introduction section like the post test section.

The fourm I thought operated at its finest back when autobot and kemper were around. Back when people would tell people were not here to spoon feed.
