If you are having problems finding parts for your V6, and you are looking at Hyundai Sonata, change it up to Hyundai Tiburon V6. Remember everything you can do to a Tiburon, you can do to a Sonata. That includes the Alpine S/C kit :rambo:

But you can also do headers, cams, you get the idea...

just a reccomendation i think you should get a hybrid intake. you get a WAI filter and the mid pipe from a CAI. its the best of both worlds. that is what i used on my last car

Does the same go for the 4cyl Sonata? I mean, would the products available for the 4cyl Tiburon fit??? I would assume so.

Sorry..but they wont. Unfortunatly...would be kick ass if they could wouldn't it. The 2.0L and 2.4L are totally different. If I am correnct the 2.4L Sirrus Engine is an all aluminum eninge while the 2.0L Beta Engine is a Iron Block and Aluminum Head configuration. They are totallly differen't engines. The 2.4L would not be able to handle as much power as a 2.0Beta could pull off. Not anywhere close.

yes, the 2.7L in the sonata is the same as the 2.7L delta g6ba in teh 2k3 tiburon.

as far as the 2.4L engine, i'm doing research on that. i'm trying to see if it's the bastard-child of the 2.4L 4g64, which is closely related to the 4g63. and the beta is a modified inverse-mounted 4g63, altho there's probably a few things different, i gotta do more research on that. but then again, it might be different.

once again, i have a page w/links to parts:
