I live in north Italy near Milano , here Sonata is called Sonica and it is rather rare.
Navi system is a Blaupunkt RNS4 mounted aftermarked in place of standard Blaupunkt Modena cd-radio.
About engine, yes, it is the V6 and I have left it with all that powder on to show better than no oil around :
Now 76.000 Km and 3 years with my Sonica .
