This should be done right the first time, write a letter of complaint to head office asking for a response with the header "Letter of Demand". it's a shame that you have to come here to ask for help when the dealer should be fixing it right first time. If you can, get access to a workshop manual of your car and have a look. What does the dealer say about error codes generated? Are you saying that your a/c doesn't heat at all? or that it takes a long time to heat up? it might not be an electronic problem, it could be as simple as haveing a leak in your a/c pipe. have they run a pressure test to see if there is a leak? When you run your car at idle, and you turn the air conditioning to full and the a/c button ON, does the car automatically turn the radiator fan on?

It's one of the sensor on the heat/ac computer. They replaced it a few times. What happens sometimes whe I have the heat on its not pumping out what it should be. Like I have it on 90 degrees and its coming out cold. I think its cause its a new thing to have the computer heat and ac, but i wish I had to old style knobs

I've had the same problem with my 2002 Sonata, the auto climate control doesn't work as well as it should, sometimes I have to turn it off and set it manually. I'll take it back to the dealer sometime this week and have them look at it.

Don't know if it's the same system, but the auto climate control works fine on my XG.
