Sonata swap options?

I've got a 1992 hyundai sonata with a 3.0V6, it has 250,000kms so the engine is kind of on it's way out. so what 4 cylinder engines fit into my sonata. something with a bit more power. i'm gonna be going with the forced induction area so it needs to be able to take a small turbo and also fit in my 1992 sonata, any ideas help me!
