I'm trying to find a lowering kit as well as aftermarket exhaust system for my 03 V6 Sonata. Any help would be appreciated. Here are some pics of my car if you want to know where to get anything i have let me know and i can supply you with info on it.

Default Flatten the tires to lower it....

Just kidding. I think there are eibach springs for the sonata. haven't felt the urge to lower mine yet. Same year and v6 also...

But, find a header kit for a same year Tiburon. I found one on Ebay for $200 bones and it bolted right in....got rid of the catalytic converter (which there are 3 of them sum-bitches on an '03 Sonata) and has all the bungs for you 02 sensors. Haven't thrown a code yet? But in the winter it will, because it is getting cold air and throws a lean code...which can be defeated with midgrade gasoline or premium.

cold air intake is a breeze. Kits on the bay for that too.
Oh, there is room to rotate a short ram intake 90 degrees down at the transaxle; picks up the cooler air from the ground not the hot air already under the hood...and it isn't long enought to suck up water from the road if it rains. Just don't go muddin'! Never had a problem with hydro-lock. Also, make sure you put an extension in front of the MAF sensor...I hear it needs it...so take it for what it is worth...and a MAF ain't cheap.

So far, it is fun to drive and I get better mileage (when I keep my foot out of it.) Newtiburon.com for more engine tweaking if you really want to be a gear head. Hell, there is even a huffer kit that will fit this engine...made for a tibby...but the same engine.

Hope that helps.
