Hi All –

I work with a law firm that’s filed suit against Hyundai regarding 1999 to 2004 models of the Sonata. The suit claims Hyundai failed to warn customers that the sub-frame lacks corrosion protection and owners are experiencing premature decay. Corrosion issues can lead to dangerous conditions if a car fails while in use.

For those of you who may not know, the sub-frame sits under the engine between the front wheels, serves as the sole steering support for the Sonata and anchors the front suspension.

i hate people suing for the most irrevelant and selfish reasons,

unless you live in the salt belt, you better bring damn good proof before taking legal action,

my uncle has a 2003 ef sonata 2.4L and has never had any problems and one of my neighbor's has a early model 2000 ef sonata..both neither have subframe problems, they run stellar and have almost no problem in therm of structural rigidity,

Fuck all selfish bastards hiding behind the legal system, damn cowards, all they want is to pull a fradulent fast one and sue for millions..
