02' Sonata

Whuts up guys...I know that the 03 iburon has the same engine as the 02' Sonata LX V6...question is...have the made any performance parts for it yet? and if so...do they fit the 02 Sonata? Thanks in advance<img src=/images/forums/snitz/approve.gif width=15 height=15 border=0>

All parts should fit except the exhaust. The exhaust you may look at getting done custom or see if Sharkracing will have something. Its due to the fact that the Tiburon uses a fake dual exhaust and the Sonata does not.

Cold Air Intake, Headers which seem to be the most common thus far I don't think have been officially released. But I know CAI wise, Sharkracing, AEM, Speedstate, Kore (?) have theirs ready. Not sure what the exact hold ups are on the releases.

More should be coming shortly. Might I recommend starting with the CAI and go from there since I'm not sure what plans are for exhausts for the Sonata. That way fit and finish doesn't need to be redone if you buy the exhaust now, or if you buy the headers now.
