Default bad reputations

it seems that a lot of people do not like HDK autosport as a parts supplier. i was interested in a couple of their sonata parts, but i would like to hear some opinions from the 'community' first. is it just customer service? or is it mixed up parts? more info would be helpful. thanks.

Lets see why people don't like HDK

Poor quality parts (some not all)
Bad customer service
wrong parts shipped
People never get parts or refund

To sum it all up, they just plain suck.

You will have 1 or two people that may have had luck with them but for every one good experience there will be 99 bad experiences. Personally, I don't like those odds.
