radio problem

I just installed a new head unit in my 2000 accent, it worked fine for about a week and then i remounted it (so it looked nicer) last night. now the radio only turns on when i turn the head lights on. I'm 99% sure the wires are all right, because i didnt change them when i remounted, and it worked before. I tired the stock radio and it did the same thing. any ideas? i checked the fuses and none looked fried. help.

sound like you may have hooked the switched wire for the radio to the light dimming wire from the car.... or check your ground wire for proper connection

yah, ill check that. when i was at work today i found a blown fuse under my hood, so once i replace that i'll figure it out i hope. thanks
