Default Hyundai Day at Your Local Autocross club LVRSCCA

I wanted to see how many people where interested in having a hyundai special event at one of the las vegas autocross events. http://lvrscca.org/schedule/axsched-main.html Our next race is a MR2 event and we have had subaru events in the past. suthern and i wanted to see if we could get enough people from here to get a hyundai event. basicly what happens is we have special trophies just for the people that are running that type of car at the end of the day. Now i am sure everyone is wondering how we give out trophies. well there are a few options. either by pax(an index number setup for each individual class that equalizes horsepower and handling) or by raw time( who is the outright fastest). I wanted to see how many people we could get to show up and what day would be best for everyone so that we had a bigger turn out. i would like to get at least maybe 12 people not including myslef and co-driver. if you have not done an autocross before that is ok here is your chance to come out have some fun hang out with some other hyundai owners (and other makes as well) and learn more about your car. rob recently has been joining us and has been having a lot of fun. if you have any questions feel free to ask suthern or i.

Now that I have my new coilovers I would love to, but unfortunately I am moving to Oakland in a couple days.

However, IF you plan it during one of the times I come down (exaple SEMA) I will join.

We do need to get something like this going. I think it'd be a blast!

I'll keep working on the locals and on the people from Cali and see what we can get together.

Haha...

Those are some good action shots. I'm trying to get one of my friends to come out and take a ton of photos of the cars for us, but he hasn't been able to make it out yet.

Did you see my last 4 runs? 3 of them I DNF'd....I was so tired that I couldn't even concentrate on the course. No more staying up late the night before an auto-x for me...
