First things first, the car should be S P O T L E S S. There shouldnt be a surface on the vehicle that the judges couldnt eat off it. That means scrubbing bugs out of the radiator, that means degreasing and shining up the engine bay, cleaning the interior, wash, clay bar, wax, polish the paint, make sure the windows are spotless. Clean the inside of the wheels and the fenderwells. Clean and shine anything that can be seen on the car.
Next figure out how you want to have the car placed and how much room you have to show the car. Some shows have spacious spots, some are like a parking lot. Figure out how you want the hood propped open, trunk and doors open/closed?, what music/movies to play, find the little "gimmick" props you want with the car.
Other than make sure its clean and make sure you're stuff is together, I dont really know of anything else it takes to make a car sit still and look good on a grass show field. :chinese:

^^ There's alot of people who use thier cars as daily drivers and they are still out there on the show field every weekend. To me, I have more respect for someone who uses their daily driver as a show vehicle, than someone who has a trailer queen that barely gets 20 miles a year on the odomoter. :sleepy:

I was just thinking about trying to show my daily driver lol Even though I keep up with it left and right their is to much stuff that happens that cant be prevented.... I would never rack up any show points trying to show my car....
