Default Feedback on laptop OBD-II software

I just bought another laptop and I want to use this one for my car. What type of software is out there? Am I able to actually control A/F or just monitor various things? Is there one type of software suggested over others? I'd like a universal program that I can use on my other cars, as well as my friends vehicles.

Who has used what? What are price ranges I should be considering? Am I able to make adjustments or just monitor what's going on?

I know this is a bit late in coming but here it goes none the less. This looks intriguing to me and I intend to give it a try. Their software seems very feature rich, well written, and stable as well as having wonderful support through faq's and user forums. www.digimoto.com
