If you want crystal white, get 6000K. 4300K does give off the most light but has a color closer to regular halogen bulbs.

Must... resist.... tempation.... extra weight/bling bad...

How much do the kits weigh total? As much as I'm trying to save weight since this is primarily my autocross car I'd like to be able to see at night.

Weighs 2.5lbs. Very negligable amount and on the plus side you'll be able to SEE!

its like a <1 lb. ballast, a bulb, and some wires for each side.

weight shouldnt even be a concern.

Just installed mine today. I'll get a full install guide up later.....

They were VERY, VERY easy to install (much easier than I expected) and are unbelievably bright. I expected a difference, but wow.

skierd, quit hesitating and buy these. The weight addition is basicallly nothing (they're ridiculoulsy light) and the improvement at night is amazing.
