could just be a crapped out ballast. only one side is doing it right?

you did say you tried putting a regular bulb in its place, and it was dim as well correct?

Here's what I think the problem may be. You could have told me to send you the wrong type of bulb. You said earlier that the bulb is an H4.

But when I checked today:

It says that your 02 Hyundai Accent uses 9003 bulbs! Could you take a look at your stock bulb and read what is marked on it just to double check. Thanks.

Yes.

Uneek, On the PIAA site they say H4 for my car, but that is the wrong bulb as we know now. I have sent that set back to you, so I shall just wait for the right set. Sorrry.

Im glad that we were able to get the issue resolved quickly and that you are happy with the HIDs. Gotta admit, those lights look friggin sweet on your Accent! Car looks really good too!

But Something's bugging me...The headlight need's to be aimed down to stop the glare or cop's are gonna see it and cite driver's like that.

and is that the blue or the white light kit?
