Default Racelogic TCS

Hi everyone

Has any one in the forum fitted this traction control system especially the turbo charged people?....just like to have feedback as opposed to having a LSD.

http://www.racelogic.co.uk/traction.htm

According to afew mod shops that I have asked around, they are supposely to be one of the best around and its pretty expensive......This company is all that I heard so far but I wonder if there are other companies offering this technology.

Just found another site......price wise its slightly cheaper....noticed that most of them are quoted in British Pounds.......

Well I feel it depends on you to get it or not. You should try to drive a vehicle and see if you even like traction control. Personally, I find it to be a really nice feature and the fact that it does get you off the line so much faster than without.

What is soo great about the Race Logic system though is you can dial in the amount of wheel spin allowed! So, you can make it so you can still spin the tires, to a certain extent. I've got several friends that have it on thier 300ZX Twin Turbo cars.

However, tuning it is a SEVERE PAIN IN THE A$$!!!!

You do not have to have ABS for the system to work. But you do have to have speed sensors for the drive wheels in order for the system to work, which can get pricey.
