Default rubbin's racin

my friend has a 97 tib thats got coilovers and i asked him if when he puts it to 1.5 lower if he feels a good diff in handling, he said yes but the front tires scrape on the fenders when he turns. um, does this mean im gonna have to shave my fenders away so that the tires fit under them when i turn? or is he on crack:ermm:

There are afew reason that his tyres are rubbing the fenders on cornering....

1. Shocks are too soft.
2. Wheel Offset is not correct
3. Oversized tyres

he has the stock shocks, that would explain the bouncing.
he has new rims n tires, that would explain a little too.

i have stock rims n tires and i will be raplcing the shocks, i wont be seeing this problem then?
