Default 00 Elantra rubbing problem????

My rear tires rum when I go over bumps.

Thereis a lip in the wheel well that sticks oveeer my tire. What is the best way to solve this? Cutting or rolling.

Any one know exactly how you roll fenders?:|

Are you sure that it is rubbing on the lip? It could be rubbing on the inner fender

I had the same problemwith my 17"wheels but Most of my problem stemed from the cut on the tire and not my suspension. I had federal tires and the cuton them is square, like the outer diameter of the tire is even with the edge of the rim. I have Khumo tires and there cut is different and the rubbing has almost stoped. I have to hit a bump hard for it to rub.
my friend told me to use a metal bat to roll myfender. Place the bat between the top of the fender and tire and press down to make fender go up. Crude but might work. I didn't use it.
Oh and the reason that it is rubbing in th back and not teh front is because the spring in the front is stronger than that in the rear. If you look you will see that the spring in the front has more number of turn in spring that the one in back. Most of the weight of the car is in the front so the springs have to be stonger. Ever consider changing tires?
