Default *UPDATE* Accent Coilovers Availabe for our cars from LEDA *UPDATE*

I just sent an email to LEDA Suspensions inquiring about coilovers for our accents. I mentioned this site and I'll keep you posted. Maybe they will look into development for our Hyundai's.

Oh yeah sorry, http://www.leda.com/. My brother said they made some for our cars (he saw it in an ad in Grassroots Motorsports Mag) but I don't see them on their site so I emailed them about them to see if its true or not.

Just received this email from Racers Edge (LEDA USA Supplier)

Peter,

Thanks for your note. LEDA has copied me on it as we are the North American master distributor for LEDA. As John had mentioned in his reply to you, we do have units for your car.

Please give us a call and we can discuss the availble options with you as we have 6 distinct types of units which are made for your car.

Hi Peter

We have done the Hyundai Accent before, it uses an ASA-5 front and rear (bracketed strut).
The cost of which would be £195.00 plus spring approx £25.00 and spring seat £12.50 each (fully adjustable oil units).
Total kit including dirt guards: £949.00 +carriage and VAT
If you group together to buy in bulk we will come to some arrangement on discount.

You e-mail Leda USA, so I've copied our agent Karl in the States if it's more convenient for you.

Regards

John Stubbs

Subject: Coilovers

Hello,

I am looking for some coilovers for my car and was wondering if you have an application for them. My car is a 2001 Hyundai Accent. Also do you do custom coilovers and if so how much would these run, we have a bunch of members on our forum (hyundaiperformance.com) looking for some high quality coilovers but can't find any. You help and info is greatly appreciated.

This is NOT a group buy as of yet I need to see if there is an interest and need to contact the Admin's for this site.

what is £949.00 in USD??

is that pounds or euros or what? it doesnt seem much cheaper than the KORE coilovers that are already available.

do these come with adjustable pillow mounts to adjust camber?
