Default Brake drum Solution

You guys have some problems with the removal of your brake drums ??

This is the solution....

when you take off the tire and you look at the drum....you'll see a screw....or two holes that can receive a screw.... so take the screw that is already there or go buy one that will fit the hole and then screw it in and it will pry the drum so it will come right off !! it is really easy.... some questions ?? just post me back

That's the gard way. Just hit it hard enough with the hammer. Around the edges and inbetween the studs and it will pop right off. lso make sure that the e-brake is off. If that still does not work use the adjuster screw in the back of the drum

on onw side i could hit it with a hammer so it would come off.....but on the other....i banged for like 1 hours and didn't move an inch....so i tried my screw trick.....forget the adjuster....you have to readjust afterwards.... the crew trick takes only 2 min and its done and for the people who painted their drums....i dont think there gonna want to hit on their brake drums and chip off the paint

unless those drums are rusted on, then the screw method just cracks the drum...then you HAVE TO buy new ones

Also, if you use the adjuster, don't the brakes re-adjust themselves after you press them a couple times?
