X2 brakes

the brakes on my X2 are shockin...ive heard they r drums but couldnt be bothered checkin. on standard ones is this.....standard? if yes, what disk brakes fit properly and work well. btw, i nearly hit a bloody truck this mornin coz of ghey brakes!

Disks up front, drums in the rear - all models.
