Default Tires?

I am looking for tires for 15 inch rims i bought for my 2001 elantra. I was leaning toward 250/50/15 series tires. Anyone know a good tire in that size that will be good in the rain. I had 205/50/15 nitto nt 450's on my ford zx2 and they were terrible. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Oh man, I got some kally tires, they are AWESOME, don't get falcons, I put them on my moms focus and she was all over the road in the rain with those tires, I grip nicely with my kally 205 50 15's!

I second the Kumho's. Ecsta 712s in a 205/50/15. I assume the "250/50/15" was a typo?? Anyway, the 712 are great in the rain and hold very well dry. They're good for autocross and pretty cheap too.

Yeah I meant 205/50/15. Thanks for the replies. I think I am going to check out Kumhos. Can't beat that price!

Define noisy.

My whole car is noisy so I honestly didn't notice if more road noise was transferred through the tires or not...

Is it possible to fit 205/55/15 on the stock rims or do I have to use the 195s?
