X3 4 wheel disc brake required parts?

I know this topic has been discussed a bit but i can't seem to find an exact lite of whatr is required. Could someone plase tell me what exactly they have taken from the donor car to get discs at all 4 wheels.

for the front you'll need the complet spindel assembly including spindels hubs rotors claipers and caliper brackets
for the rear. .you need the rotors,calipers and bracket brake hose and a set of adaptor plates that i make
