Default anyone else have kyb struts and intrax springs?

I just want to know if it's normal that the rear springs have no tension on them at all in the strut alone, I'm wondering if I got the wrong part. it's a little noisy going over uneven road too, just want to know if this is the nature of the beast. the spring is too short

it's on an 04 accent 2d

that does not sound right. I have the kyb & eibach setup. Once you put the springs on and tighten the strut assembly there shoud be NO slop in the spring.

I had the same setup a while ago and it was fine but I think the drop in the rear is so aggressive that the spring won't meet both the perch and the hat except under load of the car. unless i catch air it should be fine, has anyone had these springs before, I remember skeird used to but that was years ago.
