Sort of. What a sway bar will do is transfer that bump and spread it between your 2 springs/struts to effectively double your dampering. The sway bar will flex after a certain point so going with larger bar will effectively will allow more transfer before it flexes. Really your after higher dampering struts like Koni's KYB GR2s are a touch better than stock and no where near a performance strut. I'm swapping mine KYBs to the Wifes car in the spring and getting Konis for myself...
