No, it wont. Slotted rotors are used to help deglaze pads and vent the gasses produced when they heat up (not an issue in modern pad compounds), drilled rotors were partially done to reduce weight, partially to help with pad gasses. Neither was done to combat brake fade.
Are you getting pad fad, or fluid fade? Which carbotech compound are you using?
On the driver's side, I'd run the duct from either side of the radiator, and into the wheel well through the inner splash guard. Then find a way to attach the duct opening to the caliper so the air blows directly on it, kinda like this (obviously not an accent).
