Default need to upgrade/stiffen rear end in 03 accent

I just bought a 2003 hyundai accent and one of all the repairs needed so far, the most recent one I need is to replace the rear shocks. As the car sits right now I have 200 lbs of tools in the trunk, then when I jump in the rear fender sinks down 2 inches from the height when it's empty. I plan on carrying some audio gear soon so that would be another 80 lbs at least so I was looking for my options for a suspension upgrade.

what I am looking for is to keep the rear end up, maybe with stiffer springs and shocks, but from what I've seen so far all kits are lowering springs only, or OEM replacements. I'm trying to keep my budget to under $500, but any suspension change will probably require a camber upgrade as well.

You could get coilovers, they're stiffer and let you choose your ride height but even at the maximum height it's usually a 1 inch drop or so. The springs are a lot stiffer though so your ride height with a load would still be higher.
