Hey, I just joined up here at Hyundai Performance, been at Newtiburon.com for a several months now. I set up a meet for Tibs and all Hyundai's for H.I.N. here on July 24th in Chicago.
We are meeting up at about 2:00 in the afternoon. We are gonna meet up, talk, and check out the car for a while, then go get something to eat, and then head back for the show around 5:00 or 6:00. We've only got 6 people showin so far, so anybody who wants to come is more than welcome!
hey...i dont know what time we are leaving...if we decide to stay in chicago sat night, we might leave at like 7 and be able to make it by 2 or 3...if we cant come up with the money for a cheap motel (unlikely) we probably wont leave until 10 on sunday and just go right to the show...hit me up on aim tonight or tomorrow so i can ask you a few questions

It would make more sense if you told us where you were meeting up.
When you say "We've only got 6 people showin so far..." does that mean in the show? I'm thinking no, b/c you would have registered already and would be getting in for free - I figure that's something you'd probably have mentioned.
Anyway, I'll be going to HIN. I've got myself a $3 off Flyer so I'm set :lol:
We are deciding on a final meeting place right now. It will be somewhere within 5 minutes walking distance of McKormick Place. It is not a show, just a meet. I'll let you guys know the final meeting place once it has been decided upon, probably later today.
2:00 - meet at : Villa Nova Restaurants and Banquets
237 W. St. Charles Rd.

2:30-3:00 - head out to get something to eat, we can either find something on the way to the show, or we can go ahead and park at McCormick Place and then find something in the city, I know of a Bennigan's not too far from there, there are also restaurants in McCormick Place and a McD's right nearby.
5:00-6:00 - arrive at the show
after this, everyone can leave when they choose.
Those are the final plans, they will not change after this. Please make sure to note the changes. This meeting place is due west of McCormick Place, outside of Chicago, so no one will really be backtracking, and then this way we also get to cruise through downtown.
