Midwest Hyundai Meet April 23rd and 24th

I was wanting to have a meet April 23rd and 24th in Cordova, IL for all you Midwest Tibs out there. Here is what I was thinking so far:

Saturday April 23rd: Fun Day

This is the first Fun Day of the season in Cordova and the gates open at 11:30, racing is from 12 to 4 pm.

10:30 to 11:30 am - Meet and Greet in Cordova.
12 to 4pm - Drag Racing
Saturday Night - Head to Moline or Davenport, check into motel, go out to eat, hit the clubs or whatever anyone else is down for.

Sunday: SCCA Auto Cross

I am still waiting on more information on this but, what can be better then some Auto Cross?

I am going to do some checking and see if we can get a group rate at a motel in Davenport or Moline.

Right now, I am not setting anything in stone and just kinda playing it by ear (I am an easy-going guy like that). Please post if you are coming or if you have any suggestions on what to do.

This is Emily, the Vice Pres of Crooked H the Midwest chapter. When we have our meet in April we are planning on maybe either clubbing and night or going to a go-kart place. I will get prices but what would you be more interested in? Also, since the poll was a tie would you rather camp or stay at a hotel in Moline. im not picky, camping could be pretty cool, and alot more personal i think, drinking, sitting around the fire. sounds liek alot of fun since ive only camped once in my life. i just hope i can make it to the meet.
