WA Meet - Hyundai Performance Forums

Now, you all dont know me, but I hail from NT.com. We've been tryin to throw together a meet for people in WA/OR. Having been deemed ''the man'', Im the man tryin to set this up. Be forewarned, Ive never done this, and have little experience, so this may seem very unorganized compared to what others have put together.

Im extending the invite to anyone interested here since we only have a handful on NT that are interested, and we're tryin to get as much participation as possible. The tenative date for this meet is the 12th. Location has yet to be determined as to decide exactly whos coming and from where. If anyone has any interest, feel free to let me know. Thanks.

12th of what month? the 12th of this month is past.

Last year we did the "4th of july" a few days early and it was a blast, but I don't have the time to devote to planning it this year. I'm still game for something if others will do the "before work".

I'll probably go. Assuming it's May 12th I think the date would work okay for me. It may be good to combine with the 4th of July camping trip but we weren't really thinking of making it very central for the Oregon people, probably south sound or out to the Gray's Harbor area...Westport or Ocean Shores are likely spots.

yes, its for may. though its still april, my mind has already made the jump to may. =P

im tryin to get someone else to take over organizing this that has more experience and knowledge. dependin on what happens, the date may move back into may a little more, or even into june. ill keep you all updated though, dont worry.

ok, so as it stands, 12th of May, in Olympia. exact location within there is yet to be determined, but anyone that wants to show, thats where and when. ill have an actual lolcation and time frame asap.

I have an engagment in the north end of the sound on the 12th or the 19th, not sure yet. so I may be out for this one.

I'll be there for sure unless something catastrophic happens since I live all of maybe 3 minutes from Olympia.

word. a couple dudes on NT knows people in the area, so theyre gettin ideas too. i also plan on takin a trip that way this weekend to scout out the area. if i got questions, ill be sure to hit you up.
