wow posting something like this is sure to land the guy some real jail time. just cause we dont have inspections doesnt mean its not illegal to do that. there is a minimum 10,000$ fine for that per offense.

I personally wouldn't take this guy up on the offer due to how it was marketted to me. Just like if i was on the street somewhere and some dirty, slurring man walked up and told me a good place to get a car stereo. It's just shady to me...
