virgina hyundai owner needs help

Hey I am a 98 hyundai accent owner in Virginia I have tried every thing to get my tach to register the rpm's and I can't seem to find the wire that I am looking for at the ecu or the gauge cluster or anything in between and I am frustrated with it can some one please help me with maybe a wiring diagram or visual aids it would be much appreciated.

for me it was the solid white wire coming from the ecu

Goto Hyundai Service Website , Register and click on the SHOPS, or ETM icon and then just follow the instruction, The site has most of the parts manuals. VERY HELPFUL
