Mill Avenue is in Tempe (next to phoenix) its the main hang out for college kids (ASU)
Cruising: I cruise in Glendale (directly west of phoenix) on bell road at approx 59th and Bell Road, me and my friends in their cars (when we are really that bored) cruise back and forth getting into races and crap (good way to meet girls)
as far as malls go, only ones i hang out at are Metro Center which is in phoenix (I-17 and Peoria Ave) or Arrowhead Mall (75th and Bell)
If you want more exact directions or any other questions. u can e-mail me and maybe we can even meet up and i can show u around or whatever.

Don't cruise mill ave!!! If you get caught going up and down the strip more than twice in an hour you will get a ticket, a big phat ticket. Come down to my house if you have time to kill so I can do, you know what. hehehehe.
